Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the Brussels sprouts to the basket and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and Brussels sprouts are tender.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
