- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in the sliced sausage and cook until browned, releasing beautiful flavors.
- Add rice, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well until everything is well coated.
