Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with the heavy cream.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  8. Mix the powdered sugar with a small amount of heavy cream until creamy.
