Description
A healthy and tasty twist on traditional pizza, made with a crust of broccoli, cheese, and almond flour.

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender (about 5 minutes), then let them cool.
- Pulse the cooled broccoli in a food processor until finely chopped but not pureed.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli with mozzarella, Parmesan, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in the shape of a pizza crust.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle on your favorite toppings, and return to bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For variations, try adding olives and feta for a Mediterranean twist or turkey bacon for a meaty option.
