Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs until fully incorporated and light.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the butterscotch and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
