Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just blended.
- Fold in the crushed Cadbury mini eggs.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks.
