- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 cup Cool Whip
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray or butter.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring in the vanilla.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually stir this dry mixture into the buttery blend until well combined.
- Spread the brownie mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool the brownies completely.
- Beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold in the melted chocolate.
- Spread the chocolate cream over the cooled brownies.
- Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
