Description

Delightful no-bake clusters made with fresh strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and luscious chocolate for a sweet balance of flavor and nutrition.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming ten clusters.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer to chill for 1-2 hours until solid.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in intervals and stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring complete coverage.
  6. Return the clusters to the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  7. Freeze for a few more minutes until the chocolate sets.
