  • 2 tablespoons green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon or spicy mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese: In your trusty food processor, pulse the cottage cheese with Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until it becomes luxuriously smooth.
