Scale
- 1 ½ lb ground chuck
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Hamburger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Mustard and mayo (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled turkey bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined, but don’t overmix.
- Form the mixture into 6 hamburger patties and make a dimple in the center of each patty.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat and place the patties down carefully.
- Grill burgers to your desired doneness, using a meat thermometer for accuracy.
- Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo. Optionally, add pickles or hot sauce.
Notes
For an extra touch, consider toasting the buns for added texture. You can make the patties a day in advance and store them in the fridge.
