Description

A comforting creamy casserole filled with tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and crispy turkey bacon, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch the broccoli until just tender, then drain well.
  3. Mix together the chicken, broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the top with additional cheddar and mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
