- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning; sauté until veggies are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and half of the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Transfer to a greased casserole dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
