- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and dried thyme in a bowl.
- Rub the seasoning mixture generously all over the chicken thighs.
- Place the thighs skin side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
