Description

A cozy weeknight favorite of golden, tender chicken thighs with a crispy skin that is easy to prepare and perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and dried thyme in a bowl.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture generously all over the chicken thighs.
  5. Place the thighs skin side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
