Instructions
- Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Create a breading station with bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and a panko mixture with seasonings.
- Coat each salmon piece in flour, dip in eggs, and roll in the panko mixture.
- Heat 1 inch of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the salmon bites in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, whisk together the Bang Bang sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle the sauce over the fried salmon bites and serve immediately.
