- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, sriracha, or cilantro
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken to the pan, stirring frequently until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in shredded cabbage and carrots, cooking until tender and vibrant.
- Pour in soy sauce and add salt and pepper; taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Remove from heat and top with green onions and optional toppings.
- Serve warm in bowls and enjoy!
