A light and healthy twist on the classic club sandwich, these Fresh Keto Turkey Club Lettuce Wraps are quick, no-cook delights wrapped in crisp iceberg lettuce, making them gluten-free and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 large iceberg lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • 100 g sliced turkey breast, deli style
  • 40 g white cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 4 slices cooked turkey bacon, crispy
  • 50 g fresh spinach leaves
  • 60 g ripe tomato, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay the iceberg lettuce leaves flat on a clean surface.
  2. Layer sliced turkey, white cheddar, crispy turkey bacon, fresh spinach, and sliced tomato on each lettuce leaf.
  3. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  4. Carefully wrap the lettuce around the fillings to create a wrap.
