Description

A vibrant and crunchy salad that’s perfect for gatherings, combining Fritos, cabbage, and a zesty dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup Fritos corn chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped cabbage, Fritos, shredded cheese, cherry tomatoes, and green onions in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until creamy and smooth.
