- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- Mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread butter-side down in a skillet and add half of the cheese on each slice.
- Top with the other slices of bread, butter-side up.
- Heat a skillet over low heat and cook the sandwiches for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slicing into triangles, serve immediately.
Notes
Make-ahead garlic butter can be refrigerated for quick assembly later. Use different bread types for varied flavors.
