Description

A delightful fusion of garlic bread and grilled cheese that brings warmth and comfort to your meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl until well combined.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices of bread butter-side down in a skillet and add half of the cheese on each slice.
  4. Top with the other slices of bread, butter-side up.
  5. Heat a skillet over low heat and cook the sandwiches for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Slicing into triangles, serve immediately.

Notes

Make-ahead garlic butter can be refrigerated for quick assembly later. Use different bread types for varied flavors.
