Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter over the top.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Garnish with dried parsley if desired, and serve hot.
