Description

A cozy and comforting meatloaf made with ground chicken, garlic, and parmesan cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, milk, egg, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the mixture and storing it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
