A creamy, decadent Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta that is easy to make in a slow cooker, perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo wild wings sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces pasta (such as penne or fettuccine)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the buffalo wild wings sauce and minced garlic over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a separate pot.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the crockpot, mixing well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Prepare the chicken in advance for a quick weeknight meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
