Description

A creamy, decadent Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta that is easy to make in a slow cooker, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo wild wings sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces pasta (such as penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the buffalo wild wings sauce and minced garlic over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a separate pot.
  6. Drain the pasta and add it to the crockpot, mixing well to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
