Description

A delightfully indulgent giant cookie pie that’s perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups mixed candy (like chocolate chips, M&Ms, or chopped candies)
  • 1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie plate to prevent sticking.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl, setting it aside for later.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in another large bowl until it’s smooth and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until everything is well combined and creamy.
  5. Blend in the dry ingredients gradually, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
  6. Fold in the mixed candy and nuts (if using), allowing each bite to have a delightful surprise.
  7. Spread the dough evenly in the prepared pie plate, smoothing the top for that perfect finish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean—a sign of cookie perfection!
  9. Let it cool slightly before slicing into those gooey, tender pieces of heaven. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Can substitute half of the butter with unsweetened applesauce for a healthier version. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
