Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small portions and shape each into bagels.
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Place the bagels in the air fryer basket without touching.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously on top.
- Air fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
