Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss the sliced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a large bowl.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly in the bottom of your baking dish.
- Combine the gluten-free oats, flour, melted butter, and salt in another bowl until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples, covering them evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
