Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss the sliced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the apple mixture evenly in the bottom of your baking dish.
  4. Combine the gluten-free oats, flour, melted butter, and salt in another bowl until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples, covering them evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
