Description

These Gluten Free Monster Cookies combine the creamy richness of peanut butter, chewy oats, and vibrant bursts of M&Ms and chocolate chips, perfect for cozy afternoons.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup M&Ms
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Stir in the oats, baking soda, and salt, ensuring an even distribution.
  5. Fold in the M&Ms and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but centers are still soft and gooey.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

You can freeze the dough balls and bake them directly from the freezer with an extra 2 minutes of baking time.
