Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- Combine Greek yogurt, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon zest in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
