Description

A nutritious twist on the classic Big Mac, this Keto Big Mac Salad is quick and easy to prepare, packed with protein and healthy fats, and features a creamy Big Mac dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Lettuce (your choice, preferably romaine)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped onions
  • Pickle chips

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, dill pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir until smooth and creamy; set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, prepare the ground beef until cooked through. Drain any excess grease and season with a pinch of salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss in the fresh lettuce and break up the leaves.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the lettuce, followed by the cooked ground beef, chopped onions, and pickle chips.
  5. Drizzle the homemade Big Mac dressing generously over the salad, mixing gently. Serve immediately.

Notes

Make the dressing ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to a week. Leftover salad components should be stored separately for the freshest taste.
