A nutritious twist on the classic Big Mac, this Keto Big Mac Salad is quick and easy to prepare, packed with protein and healthy fats, and features a creamy Big Mac dressing.

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 pound ground beef
- Lettuce (your choice, preferably romaine)
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped onions
- Pickle chips
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, dill pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir until smooth and creamy; set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, prepare the ground beef until cooked through. Drain any excess grease and season with a pinch of salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss in the fresh lettuce and break up the leaves.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the lettuce, followed by the cooked ground beef, chopped onions, and pickle chips.
- Drizzle the homemade Big Mac dressing generously over the salad, mixing gently. Serve immediately.
Notes
Make the dressing ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to a week. Leftover salad components should be stored separately for the freshest taste.
