A delightful, no-bake dessert featuring Lucky Charms cereal and marshmallows, perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day.

- 5 T unsalted butter, divided
- 22 oz miniature marshmallows
- 6 c Lucky Charms cereal
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 4 drops green food coloring
Instructions
- Begin by using a paper towel to butter the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan with 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter.
- Next, pour the marshmallows over the melted butter and gently mix to coat the marshmallows evenly. Place the bowl in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds, then stir.
- Repeat this step, heating for another 30 seconds and stirring again until the marshmallows are completely melted and smooth.
- Slowly pour the Lucky Charms cereal over the marshmallow mixture in small increments, mixing gently but thoroughly each time.
- Once well combined, transfer the mixture into the greased 9×13-inch pan. To avoid sticky fingers, run cool water over your hands and evenly press the treat mixture into the pan.
- Cover, and let it cool in the fridge for at least one hour.
- After the treats have set, cut them into 20-24 squares and place them upside down on a piece of wax paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate by heating for 45 seconds, stirring, and then heating again for another 45 seconds until completely smooth.
- Add the green food coloring and stir until well combined.
- Time to bring some color to your treats! Dip the bottom of each treat into the green chocolate, and then place them upside down on the wax paper to let the chocolate cool completely.
