Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Place the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with paprika or Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Allow the chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make the chicken and topping in advance and store separately until ready to bake. The dish can last up to 3 days in the fridge.
