Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (such as ribeye or sirloin), thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned and juicy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Toss in the bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms, and sauté until the veggies are tender.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
