Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Combine the softened butter and sugar until creamy and well-blended.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- Stir in the milk and pistachio pudding mix until combined.
- Gradually add the flour, stirring gently until just incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
