- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice it into thick steaks (about 1-inch thick).
- Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Optional: Sprinkle with additional toppings before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
