Description

A vibrant salad filled with fresh vegetables and crumbled turkey bacon, perfect as a satisfying main course or a delightful side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or blue cheese)
  • 1/2 cup creamy dressing (ranch or blue cheese)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers, diced red onion, and cooked turkey bacon.
  2. Add the shredded cheese on top.
  3. Drizzle the creamy dressing over the mixture and toss gently until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately as a side dish or main course.

Notes

You can pre-chop veggies a day in advance and store in an airtight container. Omit turkey bacon for a vegetarian version.
