- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned and golden.
- Toss in the sliced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage, seasoning with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Cook until the cabbage is tender but still crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
