- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned, draining excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions, stirring to combine and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked meat with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, black beans, and corn in a large bowl.
