Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Doritos
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned, draining excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions, stirring to combine and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Combine the cooked meat with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, black beans, and corn in a large bowl.
  4. Crush the Doritos gently and fold into the salad mixture.
  5. Top with sour cream and salsa before serving.
