Instructions
- Carefully core each apple, making sure to leave the bottom intact.
- Slice the tops to create a blooming effect.
- Mix together the brown sugar, chopped walnuts, and cinnamon, then fold in the raisins.
- Stuff each apple generously with the delicious mixture.
- Place the stuffed apples in your slow cooker, and top each one with a pat of butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 180-240 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving, if desired.
