Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup fire-roasted corn
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, black beans, corn, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, and mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
