Instructions

- Stir in the diced sweet potatoes, black beans, and diced tomatoes, including any juices for extra flavor.
- Season your skillet with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, letting the spices envelop everything.
- Cover and cook until the sweet potatoes are tender and easily pierced with a fork, approximately 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
