Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Whisk the egg until smooth.
- Mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in the whisked egg, coating completely.
- Coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down slightly.
- Place the breaded chicken in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and crispy.
