Description

A quick and easy dish that delivers crispy, flavorful chicken in just 15 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights or sudden cravings.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk the egg until smooth.
  3. Mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the whisked egg, coating completely.
  5. Coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down slightly.
  6. Place the breaded chicken in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and crispy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer for a crispy finish.
