- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions
- Prep the apples: Start by peeling the apples if you prefer, then cut them into fry-like sticks. Make sure to pat them dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
- Set up coating stations: Prepare three bowls with flour, whisked egg and milk, and a mixture of panko, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Coat the apple sticks: Dredge each apple stick in flour, dip into the egg mixture, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Air fry the apple fries: Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook to golden perfection: Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve with love: Enjoy warm with caramel dip, yogurt, or whipped cream.
