- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until each piece is well coated.
- Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and mix until all the florets are enveloped in the sauce.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to crowd them.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and crisp.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
Notes
Make-ahead by prepping cauliflower and storing it in the fridge until ready to cook. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
