Description

A crispy, spicy delight made with tender cauliflower florets coated in tangy buffalo sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until each piece is well coated.
  3. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and mix until all the florets are enveloped in the sauce.
  4. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to crowd them.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and crisp.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Notes

Make-ahead by prepping cauliflower and storing it in the fridge until ready to cook. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
