- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station: In one bowl, place the flour; in the second bowl, beat the eggs; and in the third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken tender first in the flour, ensuring it’s fully coated, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not crowded, and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are beautifully golden brown and cooked through.
