Description

This easy weeknight Air Fryer Cod recipe is quick, healthy, and packed with flavor, making it perfect for busy nights.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the mixture generously onto both sides of the cod fillets. If using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them on both sides.
  5. Place the coated cod fillets in the air fryer in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the cod is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve your cod fillets with lemon wedges on the side.
