- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- Mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the mixture generously onto both sides of the cod fillets. If using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them on both sides.
- Place the coated cod fillets in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the cod is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve your cod fillets with lemon wedges on the side.
