Description

A quick and easy air fryer recipe for perfectly roasted asparagus, seasoned to perfection for a delightful side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the asparagus under cool water, then trim the tough ends.
  3. Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired.
  4. Place the asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 7-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Serve immediately as a side dish.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can reheat them in the air fryer for a couple of minutes to regain their crispness!
