Ingredients
- Spring roll wrappers
- Cabbage, shredded
- Carrots, julienned
- Bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Green onions, chopped
- Soy sauce
- Garlic, minced
- Ginger, minced
- Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
- Mix the shredded cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
- Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a small amount of the filling in the center.
- Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the spring rolls in the basket in a single layer, giving the tops a gentle spray with cooking oil.
- Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
Prepare the fillings and roll the spring rolls up to a day in advance; keep them covered in the fridge. Store cooked spring rolls in the fridge for up to 3 days.
