Description

A creamy and colorful pasta salad featuring ripe avocado, crispy turkey bacon, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a quick meal or gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain and let it cool.
