Description

Delightful little spirals of turkey bacon, cream cheese, and ranch dressing that make perfect finger foods for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large flour tortilla (whole wheat or spinach)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled turkey bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced green onions over the spread.
  4. Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
  5. Slice the rolled log into bite-sized pinwheels (about 1-inch thick).
  6. Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to an hour.

Notes

Can be made a day in advance. Store in the fridge tightly wrapped.
