- 1 large flour tortilla (whole wheat or spinach)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle the crumbled turkey bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced green onions over the spread.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
- Slice the rolled log into bite-sized pinwheels (about 1-inch thick).
- Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to an hour.
