- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices of turkey bacon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the cream cheese, diced jalapeños, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Slice a pocket in each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through, and stuff it with the cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with 2 slices of turkey bacon, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place the wrapped chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the turkey bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve.
