Description

Delicious, warm, and crispy baked chickpea chips that are gluten-free and easily customizable with your favorite spices and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 80 grams chickpea flour
  • 140 grams water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Chopped fresh herbs, dried herbs, or spices (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C (400F).
  2. Combine the chickpea flour, water, and salt in a medium-sized bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon the batter onto the sheets, spreading it into thin circles.
  5. Sprinkle your choice of herbs or spices over the batter.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden and lightly brown on the edges.
  7. Cool the chips for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dips!
