- 140 grams water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Chopped fresh herbs, dried herbs, or spices (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200C (400F).
- Combine the chickpea flour, water, and salt in a medium-sized bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Spoon the batter onto the sheets, spreading it into thin circles.
- Sprinkle your choice of herbs or spices over the batter.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until golden and lightly brown on the edges.
- Cool the chips for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with your favorite dips!
Notes
These chips can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for up to a week. Customize with different herbs and spices for varied flavors.
