Description

Crispy baked potato wedges infused with garlic and topped with melted Parmesan cheese, perfect for movie nights or as a crowd-pleasing side dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, ensuring they’re evenly sized for uniform cooking.
  3. Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the oil mixture until well coated.
  5. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

You can pre-cut the potatoes and store them in cold water until you’re ready to bake. Ensure even thickness for consistent cooking.
