Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, ensuring they’re evenly sized for uniform cooking.
- Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Toss the potato wedges in the oil mixture until well coated.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
